Beijing Institute of Technology July 2023 International Summer School volunteer recruitment of Chinese and foreign students
In July 2023, our school will open an international summer school program, which will involve nearly 200 international students from well-known universities in Europe and the United States。This project mainly focuses on engineering and cultural courses, with rich content and distinctive features。Project volunteers are now recruited for Chinese and foreign students on campus, and volunteers will have the opportunity to exchange classes with international students。Welcome all students to register!
1. Working time: July 1st - July 30th
2. Location: Zhongguancun Campus, Beijing Institute of Technology
3. Working language: English
4. Number of people in need:
(1) Chinese students: 15 to 20
(2) International students: 5
5. Specific requirements:
(1) Responsible, friendly and enthusiastic, with good communication skills。
(2) Excellent performance and good daily performance, Chinese students require fluent oral English, TOEFL and IELTS scores are preferred;International students are required to be fluent in spoken Chinese, and pass HSK4 or above is preferred。
(3) Good at video shooting and editing, art design is preferred。
(4) This project is an important summer international project of our school, in principle, you can not withdraw halfway. Please arrange your personal time to ensure that you can participate in the activity on time (two to three times a week).。
6. Job Description:
Volunteers can share classes with international students and help them improve their spoken Chinese. After the training, they will participate in the daily work of the summer school, such as picking up and dropping off the airport, registering new students, coordinating activities, leading teams, tutoring courses, making completion certificates and transcripts, etc。
7. Recruitment process:

(2) After the preliminary review of materials, an interview will be organized in mid-June。
(3) Volunteer training and subsequent division of labor will be carried out in late June。
(4) After the activity, the International Student Center will issue the volunteer service certificate and volunteer working hours certificate for the volunteers。
